Welcome to Monkey Around! Monkey Around is a Golf Cart Rental Service for the Monkey Island Community. Monkey Island, Ok has become a wonderful golf cart community with a golf cart trail that is 5 miles long that starts at Tera Miranda and ends at Shangri-La's Hotel & Resort.

Come explore all of Monkey Island and its attractions! Along the golf cart pathway you will find restaurants, marinas, bars, Shangri-La's Golf course, Hotel & Resort, and The Anchor Activity Park
All rentals are 23 hours. Starting at 12 Noon and must be returned by 11:00 am on the return date. The golf cart will be kept at your location overnight. All carts have tracking devices in the event of theft. Carts will not be allowed to leave the Island.

At Monkey Around, we have a selection of luxurious custom golf carts for everyone to enjoy. Our 4 & 6 passenger golf carts will fit everybody! Every cart comes with a 500 watt stereo and LED lights. These carts are all gas powered. We will have the gas tank full for your reservation. You will not need to refill fuel tank. The price covers fuel and delivery. All rentals are 23 hours from 12pm to 11am. If you are not able to meet at 12pm then the rate stays the same and they will be picked up at 11am the following day. There is a minimum 2 day rental on all major holidays.

Please allow 24 hours before Reservation and any Cancellation 48 hours notice. Major holiday bookings will require a min of 2 days. All bookings require a $100.00 (per cart) Non-Refundable Security deposit to hold your cart. This deposit will come off of the total amount due upon delivery of your carts.

Monkey Around does not operate out of a retail business location. We will deliver the cart to you at your location on Monkey Island. Some locations on the island are not accessible by truck and trailer or may not have a trailer turn around area, in those rare occasions we will meet you as close as possible. We will also pick up the golf cart from the same location on the return date by 11:00 am.
All rentals are daily for 23 Hrs. We do not do hourly or 1/2 days. There is a minimum 2 day rental on all major holidays. Carts are available for delivery at 12 Noon. In special situations for a custom time, we will have consideration. However, no carts will be delivered after dark. Carts requested after 12 Noon will still need to be picked up by 11:00 am on the return date and the fee will be same. Any carts not returned by 11:00 am on return date will be charged a $100 per hour late fee. Payment is due at delivery minus deposit. Non-refundable Security Deposit for carts is $100.00. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS & RULES

Cart driver must be 21 years of age, must have a valid drivers license and current auto insurance. No child car seats allowed. Waiver must be signed at delivery. Any damages to the cart will be billed to your card on file.

No Golf Carts are allowed North of The Reserve neighborhood at Hwy 125 and E 280 RD near Tera Miranda Resort ( the northern most part of the Monkey Island Trail/ Golf Cart Path ). Carts are NOT allowed on Shangri-La's golf course. If Shangri-La sees you on their course then they will confiscate the cart and contact us. If this happens then you will lose your rental without a refund. Our carts have tracking devices for your safety and for ours.

Carts are not street legal. Carts must stay on the golf cart path unless at crossing the Hwy. Always Yield to Walkers and share the path with other golf carts.

Do not drive through the mud. Our carts are not off-road vehicles. We have electrical wires underneath for our under-glow lights. Excess mud will result in a $100.00 cleaning fee.

No smoking on carts.

Any damages to the cart will be the renters responsibility.
